First time in my life Im in Paraguay

Noch am Abend treffe ich in der ueberraschend unhektischen Hauptstadt die ersten Jungs vom Vespaclub

Already at the first night I met some new friends from the vespaclub of paraguay

Das alte Regierung- Gebaeude ist rosa.

The old Goverment-

Und der Praesidenten-

Palast ebenfalls

And the old palace of yhe president aswell

Die Jumgs vom Club brachten mich zu Ihrem Mechaniker

The guys from the club brought me to the mecanic

Sehr professionell! Sie zerlegten dann nochmal den Motor und setzten Ihn frisch zusammen.

They removed and splitted the engine again, cleaned from inside and fit it back in

Der Motor lief so heiss, dass die Motorabdeckung geschmolzen ist...

The engine was running so hot that the enginecover was melting

Und wenn ich den Benzinschlauch sehe bin ich froh, dass mir die Karre nicht abgefackelt ist.

-klar alles erneuert-

And when I see the gas-hose Im quite happy that the bike wasnt burning

-for sure we changed it-

Anstatt einer Rechnung wurde gegrillt :-)

Mate! Ueberall sieht man es. Das Fass mit Wasser und den Becher mit dem Strohhalm denn der Matetee wird da lose reingetreut.

Die Besonderheit in Paraguay trinken sie Ihn eiskalt!

You see people everywere with mate-tea. The big bottle with water an the cup with this typical straw. Special in Paraguay is, they drink it icecold.

Deutsche Auswanderer gruendeten eine Kolonie und leben heute von der Landwirtschaft

German emigrants established a colony. They are farmers today

Die Jungs waren total entspannt und somit auch eine Erholung!

Therse guys are so relaxed. So I could recharge a bit my batteries

In der Gomeria der Gummirei wurde der Reifen sofort geflickt

Krass. Das sind Haarrisse. Zum Glueck konnten die Jungs eine gebrauchte auftreiben und wechseln. 

No. Cracks! Luckily the guys from the club found a used one and we could change

Die Kupplung fing an zu haken und weiste einen erheblichen Verschleiss auf, deswegen wechselten wir auch die Kupplung die ich 52.000km im Gepaeck hatte.

My clutch  started to hang aswell. So I changed the clutch, I was carring this part for 52.000km

Sie wollten sie umbedingt haben, handsigniert, meine alte Bremstrommel.

They want to have my old rear-drum to remind. Signed for sure.

Nach einem guten Tag kam ich in Ciudad del este an

I was riding one day and arrived in Ciudad del este

Jorge und Hector vom Club gaben mir ein Heim und zeigten mir Ihre Stadt

Te dere oder Mate frio gab es auch hier an diesem heissen Tag.

Wir fuhren zu den Wasserfraellen von Paraguay, ein Vorgeschmack auf die Iguazu-faelle

We went to the waterfalls of Paraguay a small tast of Iguazufalls which are just 20km away

Nicht schlecht und voller Energie!

Ich finds immer wieder geil die Kraft der Natur zu spueren

Not bad and full of power. 

I like when I can feel the energie of the nature

Auch hier gab ich ein Interview die Paraguayer finden mein Reiseprojekt super und freuen sich einfach, denn die Meisten Reisenden lassen Paraguay aussen vor. Vollkommen falsch.
